Dear Colleagues, We are looking to recruit a software engineer who is interested in advanced data visualisation tools for 3-dimensional macromolecular structure data to join the Protein Data Bank in Europe (PDBe) team at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI). This is a collaborative project between PDBe and RCSB Protein Data Bank. This is a technical role, working together with developers and curators from PDBe and RCSB PDB to create infrastructure for integrating multi-scale macromolecular structure data and providing FAIR access to these data. You will expand the 3-dimensional graphics viewer, Mol*, and will create novel data visualisation tools that will power the web applications of several core data resources.
