Does anyone know of a solution NMR result where a biomolecule is
specified (in REMARK 350) that generates an biological/functional
assembly with more chains (or fewer chains) than the deposited model?
I would like to have such cases for testing FirstGlance in Jmol.
I have checked dozens of NMR PDB entries that contain REMARK 350, but
all so far specify the same structure as the deposited model.
Thanks, -Eric
